Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We provide the following refund guarantee for our subscribers:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if they have not used more than 3 analysis services.
  • Service Failure Refund: If you are unable to use the service for more than 24 hours due to our server-side issues, we will extend your subscription or provide a partial refund.
  • Accidental Charge Refund: If you are charged accidentally due to a system error, we will provide an immediate full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

The following cases are not eligible for refund:

  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase (unless due to service failure)
  • Requests for no-reason refund after using more than 3 analysis services
  • Brief service interruptions due to third-party service (e.g., AI provider) temporary unavailability
  • Account banned due to user's violation of Terms of Service

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send a refund request email to support@hanfucn.com
  • Email subject should include: [Refund Request] + Your subscription email
  • Email content should include: Purchase date, subscription type, refund reason
  • We will process your request within 3 business days and respond via email

Refunds will be returned via the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).

4. Paddle Payment Refund Notes

Since our subscription service is processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record, refunds will be executed directly by Paddle. You will receive a refund confirmation email from Paddle after the refund is processed.
