How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel in Settings. Your service continues until the end of the current billing cycle, then automatically downgrades to Free.
Is payment secure?
We use PayPal for payments, one of the most secure payment platforms globally. Your payment information is not stored on our servers.
When do free credits reset?
Free credits reset daily at 00:00 UTC (08:00 China time).
Can I get a refund after subscribing?
We offer a 7-day conditional refund. To qualify: (1) within 7 days of subscription; (2) AI usage under 10% of monthly quota. No refund if usage exceeds limit.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Manage in Settings. Monthly: upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing, downgrades at cycle end. Annual: keeps current benefits for the year, can switch to monthly on renewal.
What happens when I run out of analyses?
Free: 5/day, Pro: 50/day, Annual: 200/day. When exhausted, wait for next day reset or upgrade to a higher plan.
