Terms of Service

AI Idea Analyzer (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") is an AI-powered startup idea evaluation tool. The Service analyzes startup ideas submitted by users and provides comprehensive evaluations across dimensions such as demand intensity, development difficulty, monetization potential, competition level, and compliance risks, along with competitor analysis and implementation suggestions.

The Service provides analysis for reference only and does not constitute any investment or business decision advice. Users should make independent judgments based on their own circumstances and bear the corresponding risks.

Users may use the Service through the following methods:

• Guest mode: Use basic analysis functions without registration
• Social account login: Support for third-party accounts such as Google and Apple
• Email login: Login using email + verification code

Users should properly safeguard their account information. Any losses caused by account theft or leakage shall be borne by the users themselves.

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

• Input illegal, harmful, infringing, obscene, or defamatory content towards others
• Use the Service to engage in any illegal business activities
• Attempt to hack, intrude, or disrupt the normal operation of the Service
• Reverse engineer, copy, or misappropriate the Service
• Other actions that harm the legitimate rights and interests of the Service or other users

The intellectual property rights of the Service's appearance design, code, algorithms, and data belong to the Service operator. Without authorization, users shall not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use the Service in any form.

The content input by users remains their property, but the Service has the right to use user input for service optimization and data analysis (with de-identification processing).

The Service generates analysis results based on AI technology, and the evaluation results are for reference only. The Service shall not be held responsible for the following situations:

• Any business decisions made by users based on analysis results and their consequences
• Analysis deviations caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading idea descriptions input by users
• Service interruption or data loss caused by force majeure, network failures, or other technical reasons
• Any issues arising from third-party social platform login functions

The Service reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice to users. In case of significant service changes, we will notify users in advance as much as possible.

The interpretation and execution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of any dispute, both parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction over the location of the Service operator.
